We’ll begin Reiki First Degree Certification class with a brief meditation to help you relax and become fully present. Reiki I Certification training introduces you to the history and background of Reiki. You will learn about the basic concepts of Reiki: energy systems such as the fields of the aura and the meanings of the chakras and how Reiki works with them to improve balance for yourself and for others. You’ll learn basic hand positions, how to give Reiki intuitively, and you’ll give Reiki treatment sessions in class. You will also learn how to scan the Reiki recipient to locate areas needing to be balanced.
We'll begin the Reiki II Certification class with a meditation to clear your chakras. Reiki symbols are introduced, to enhance the Reiki flow, and you will be giving Reiki, using the different qualities of energy of each symbol. You’ll learn how to give a distance Reiki session. In Reiki II training class, you’ll also learn how to cleanse your Reiki space to renew the energy, as well as learn techniques for grounding and focusing. I also talk about giving Reiki to animals.
Bring your favorite decks and have some tea and talk about tarot with some like-minded people!
Be an artist for the day! Join us and bring nothing except a positive attitude! You’re going to make a masterpiece! All supplies are provided. You will be able to choose what painting you’d like to do. There will be several options. You will receive a text prior to the event to advise which painting you'd like to do. The art teacher will help everyone complete their paintings with tips and guidance for success!

People say that sound baths can trigger a phenomenon called “sound healing.” Sound healing has been a home remedy favored by many cultures for thousands of years.
Typically, a sound bath will involve lying in a reclining position after taking part in yoga or meditation exercises.
Next, a provider trained in sound bath musical techniques will use one or several instruments to create soothing, overlapping vibrations.
These vibrations lead you deeper into a state of contemplation or relaxation, shutting off your body’s fight-or-flight reflex.
At the end of a session, Jessica will guide you back to a feeling of awareness before concluding the sound bath and wishing you well on your journey.
